One to one · your bloodwork, read by me

Your results, read by a person who looks at all of them together.

You have bloodwork. It came back "normal." Three things are flagged, and nobody will tell you which one actually matters. The Interpretation is where I sit down with your numbers myself and write back to you: what leads your picture, what to do first and what to ask your provider.

Written, one to one · no appointments · €197 · full refund if it doesn't help you
Why this exists

A standard panel asks "is she ill?" You are asking something else: is my body in a good position to conceive?

Most reference ranges cover roughly 95% of the general population, sick and well, of every age. They were built to flag disease. So a result can read "normal" and still sit where research links it to slower conception or irregular ovulation. When three markers sit in that grey zone at once, a list of flags doesn't help much, because it is the same problem again with more items in it. A template can tell you what falls outside a range. Deciding which finding leads your picture takes a judgment about your particular combination, and that judgment is what you get here.

Four steps, no appointments.

  1. 1You bookOne payment. The same day, you get an email that tells you exactly what to send and where.
  2. 2You send what you haveYour lab results as a PDF or photo, whatever your provider gave you, plus five short answers. You don't need a complete panel. What is missing becomes part of what I tell you, and if something important is missing, I let you know within 48 hours so you can decide whether to test first.
  3. 3I read themEvery marker you sent, against what the evidence actually supports, and then all of them together. This is the part that takes time, and it is the part you are paying for.
  4. 4You get your roadmapA written document within seven working days, yours to keep, print and take to your provider. If questions come up afterwards, one round of follow-up questions by email is included for 14 days.

Five things, so I can read your numbers in context.

The same number means different things depending on when it was taken and what else is going on. That is why I ask before I read, and why no tool can do this from a results sheet alone.

Your Clinical Decision Roadmap, in six parts.

One written document, laid out the same way every time, so it is easy to use.

01
Your numbers
Each marker you sent, read one by one against the reference the evidence supports, so you don't have to apply a rule to yourself.
02
The pattern
What shows up when your markers are read together instead of one at a time.
03
What leads
The one finding most likely leading your picture, the reasoning behind that call, and a note on what would change my mind.
04
What to do first
Three next steps, ranked by how much difference they are likely to make. Not everything possible, just three.
05
For your provider
The tests worth asking about and the questions to bring, written out in words you can use.
06
How solid it is
Where the evidence is firm and where it isn't, stated openly instead of buried in small print.

Every target carries a grade.

Online, fertility numbers are often quoted as if they were settled. Most aren't. So every target in your roadmap shows how firm it is, and where no established target exists, the roadmap says so instead of inventing one.

Guideline
Backed by a named professional body or consensus guideline, such as WHO, ASRM or NICE. Treat it as firm.
GradeA
Evidence-supported
Supported by cohort or observational studies that show an association. Reasonable to aim for, though it doesn't prove that changing the number changes your outcome.
GradeB
Practitioner target
Used in practice but not backed by a guideline. Clearly labelled as a considered opinion, so you can weigh it yourself.
GradeC

A template flags. A person ranks.

Frameworks you apply yourself

  • ✕Built from your questionnaire answers
  • ✕Flags what falls outside a range
  • ✕Written once, for everyone
  • ✕No room to say where it might be wrong about you

Useful, and still yours to interpret.

The Interpretation

Your case, read by me

  • ✓Built from your bloodwork and a short intake
  • ✓Ranks what most likely matters for you
  • ✓Written for you, by me
  • ✓Tells you where I could be wrong

The one step where a person works your case.

One case · what a mistimed test costs

She was 34, living in Canada, and had been trying for 11 months. Her cycles ran 33 to 35 days, and she was given the standard "day 21" progesterone test. It came back at 2.4 ng/mL and she assumed the worst. With a cycle that long, day 21 wasn't seven days after ovulation. She tracked her LH surge, repeated the test at the right point and got 8.7 ng/mL. She had ovulated.

"For months I thought low progesterone was the reason. That one distinction probably saved me months of trying to fix the wrong problem."

Shared with written permission. This is one person's experience. It isn't a prediction, and it isn't something this service can promise you. Biology, medical care and chance all play a part.

Elisa Bayer

I'm Elisa.

I'm a functional fertility coach and certified nutritionist, and I work alongside your medical care, never instead of it. I don't hand out generic advice. I read the body as one connected system and turn what it is signalling into a decision you can act on.

This work grew out of my own experience, and out of watching too many women hear that everything looked fine when it clearly didn't. I completed clinical orientations at SCU Health and Acuveda in Southern California and built my practice with women across the US before moving back to Germany in 2025. Read my full story.

What this is not.

What it is: a careful reading of what you already have, and a clear order to work in.

Questions I get asked.

I don't have a full panel. Is it still worth it?+

Yes, often even more so. What's missing is part of the reading. You get an interpretation of the results you have and a specific list of what to request next, with the words to use.

I'm already having fertility treatment.+

Many of the women I read for are. This sits alongside your clinic and never replaces it, and anything I raise is written as something to discuss with your team before you act on it.

Why is there no call?+

Because writing works better here. You can reread a written reading, print it and take it into an appointment, which you can't do with a conversation. It also means no scheduling across time zones, and more of your money goes into the reading itself.

What if all my results are fine?+

Then that is what your roadmap says, together with what hasn't been looked at yet. "Nothing here is off" is a real finding, and it is worth having with the reasons attached instead of as a shrug.

How do you handle my data?+

You send your results to me after booking, and I use them for your reading only. They are never sold, never published and never used as an example without your written permission. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

How long does it really take?+

Seven working days from the moment I have everything I need. If I'm still waiting for something from you, the clock hasn't started yet, and I'll let you know.

Can I ask questions once I have my roadmap?+

Yes. One round of follow-up questions by email is included for 14 days after delivery. A reading of new bloodwork later on is a separate booking.

What if it doesn't help me?+

Write to me within 14 days of receiving your roadmap and I'll refund you in full. You keep the roadmap.
