The journey that
became this work
I didn't come to this work by accident. My journey began with learning to listen to my own body. Like many women, I spent years pushing through hormonal shifts and digestive issues — until my body asked me to change something in 2019. Yoga was my first teacher, showing me how deeply the nervous system, digestion, hormones, and emotions are connected.
"When Ayurveda entered my life, that connection became impossible to ignore."
During my own fertility journey, I began applying Ayurveda to understand what my body was truly asking for. At the same time, I worked in a traditional TCM and acupuncture clinic, where I witnessed firsthand how powerful whole-body, integrative support can be — especially during fertility and pregnancy. That environment supported me deeply throughout my own pregnancy and shaped everything about how I work with women today.
What I saw again and again was this: Women weren't struggling because they weren't trying hard enough. They were struggling because they were taught to override their bodies instead of understand them. Ayurveda gave me a language that finally made sense — one that views symptoms as communication, not failure.
I completed clinical orientations at OCC, SCU Health, and Acuveda in Southern California, and built my practice working with women across the US through every stage of the motherhood journey. In mid-2025, I moved back to Germany where I was raised — bringing everything with me. Two continents. One practice. One mission.
Today I work with women and couples between 30–45 who want to approach fertility in a calm, holistic, body-led way. I don't believe in fear-based fertility advice or one-size-fits-all protocols. I believe the body is intelligent — and fertility thrives when it feels supported, not managed.
"If you're feeling overwhelmed, confused, or disconnected despite doing everything right — you're not broken. Your body is communicating with you."
