Everything on this website is educational. None of it is medical advice, and none of it is a diagnosis.
It is written to help you understand your own body well enough to ask better questions of your doctor, your clinic and yourself. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician who has examined you and knows your history.
Reading this website, subscribing to the emails, taking the free assessment or buying a digital product does not create a practitioner-patient, doctor-patient or therapeutic relationship of any kind.
Elisa Bayer does not practise a regulated healing profession under German law. She is not a physician, Heilpraktiker, midwife or psychotherapist, and she does not treat, diagnose, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing offered here is Heilbehandlung in the sense of the German Heilpraktikergesetz.
The materials on this site discuss the difference between a laboratory reference range and what the published research associates with better fertility outcomes. These are not the same thing, and the distinction is the point of most of what is written here.
A reference range is a statistical description of a population. It tells you whether a value is unusual, not whether it is good for you or good for conception. Ranges described here as fertility-associated or "optimal" are drawn from peer-reviewed literature, which is cited so you can read it yourself. They are not diagnostic cut-offs. They are not clinical guidelines, and they are not universally agreed. A value outside them does not mean you have a condition. A value inside them does not mean you do not.
Only a clinician who can examine you, take a full history and order and interpret the right tests can tell you what your results mean for you.
Please do not use anything on this site to self-diagnose, to delay seeking care, or to disregard advice you have already been given.
Nothing here is a promise, guarantee or prediction that you will conceive, that you will carry a pregnancy, that your laboratory values will change, or that any symptom will improve.
Fertility is affected by factors (including age, genetics, structural and medical conditions, and partner factors) that no education, protocol or nutrition change can override. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. That includes anything you might read into what is written here: if a page ever reads like a guarantee, it is not one.
Where client experiences or case histories appear, they describe what happened for those particular people. They are not typical, they are not average, and they are not what you should expect. They are shared to illustrate a way of thinking about the body, not to set an expectation of results. Individual outcomes vary widely and depend on circumstances that differ from person to person.
Claims on this site are linked to their sources, most often peer-reviewed papers indexed on PubMed or PMC. Those links are provided so that you can check the evidence rather than take a claim on trust.
Research changes. A study reflects the population it studied, under the conditions it studied them, and findings are sometimes revised or reversed. Where evidence is limited, preliminary or contested, an effort is made to say so. If you find something on this site that is out of date or wrong, please write to ebicmom@gmail.com, it will be corrected.
This site links to third-party websites, including research databases, professional bodies and the separate assessment site at fertilityreadiness.com. Content on external sites is outside my control, and linking to a page is not an endorsement of everything on it or of the organisation behind it.
The guides, checklists, trackers and programmes sold here are educational digital products. The same terms apply to them as to everything else on this page: they are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for your own clinician. Purchase terms, delivery and cancellation rights are shown at checkout before you pay.
