About Elisa · Founder

The reasoning the standard workup skips — built into a framework.

I'm a clinical nutritionist and functional-fertility practitioner. My work isn't advice — it's interpretation: reading the body as one interconnected system, and turning what it signals into a decision. It grew out of my own experience, and out of watching too many women be told everything looked fine when it clearly wasn't.

The story that became this work

I didn't come to this work by accident.

It began with learning to listen to my own body. Like many women, I spent years pushing through hormonal shifts and digestive issues — overriding the signals instead of reading them — until, in 2019, my body asked me to change something.

Yoga was my first teacher. It showed me how tightly the nervous system, digestion, hormones and emotions are wired together — that you can't move one without moving the others. That single realisation is still the backbone of how I work today.

Women weren't struggling because they weren't trying hard enough. They were struggling because they were taught to override their bodies instead of understand them.

While navigating my own fertility, I worked in a traditional TCM and acupuncture clinic, where I saw firsthand how powerful whole-body, integrative support can be — especially through fertility and pregnancy. It carried me through my own pregnancy and shaped everything about how I practise.

I completed clinical orientations at OCC, SCU Health and Acuveda in Southern California, and built my practice working with women across the US through every stage of the path to motherhood. In mid-2025 I moved back to Germany, where I was raised, and brought all of it with me. Two continents. One practice. One mission.

Today I work with women and couples between 30 and 45 who want a calm, considered, body-led approach to conception. I don't believe in fear-based fertility advice or one-size-fits-all protocols. I believe the body is intelligent — and fertility thrives when it feels supported, not managed. Where supportive practices like breathwork or nervous-system work earn a place inside a protocol, I use them; but they always sit on top of understanding your actual markers, never instead of it.

Where the story became a system

Why these four — and why together.

A standard workup is built to catch what's wrong. But when everything comes back "normal," the answer usually isn't a disease — it's one of four systems that quietly shape whether your body feels ready to conceive: your nervous system, your hormones, your metabolic health, and your nutrient stores. Each one has a real, studied effect on ovulation, egg quality and implantation — and each is one conventional care tends to overlook, because it's looking for illness, not readiness.

They also move together. Stress nudges your metabolism; your nutrients build your hormones. So this was never about chasing a single number — it's about seeing which of the four is leading your picture, and beginning there.
