Herbal Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 tsp Shatavari powder (for hormone balance and reproductive health)

- 1 tsp dried Ashwagandha root or powder (to reduce stress and support vitality)

- 1 tsp dried fennel seeds (to aid digestion and balance hormones)

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (to improve circulation and warmth)

- 1/2 tsp ginger powder (for digestive fire and anti-inflammatory benefits)

- 2-3 cups water

Optional: 1 tsp raw honey (add only when the tea is lukewarm, not hot)

Instructions:

1. Bring 2-3 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.

2. Add Shatavari powder, Ashwagandha root, fennel seeds, cinnamon, and ginger.

3. Simmer the mixture on low heat for 10-15 minutes.

4. Strain the tea into a cup and let it cool slightly.

5. Stir in raw honey if desired, and enjoy warm.
